In our seventh episode, we were fortunate enough to speak to Brittany Routh, Director of Healthy Athletes for the Special Olympics. Healthy Athletes is a global program that offers Special Olympics athletes and unified partners free health screenings in nine different disciplines. Since 2021, Brittany has overseen the Healthy Athletes operation at major events, including the 2022 USA Games 2022 Unified Cup and 2023 World Games Berlin.

Kevin Negandhi | accessiBe & Special Olympics

In our seventh episode, we were fortunate enough to speak to Kevin Negandhi, SportsCenter anchor, College Football Studio host, and a huge Special Olympics supporter. Kevin Negandhi has been a longstanding advocate for Special Olympics and has hosted the Special Olympics World Games since 2015. A trailblazer in the sports media world, Kevin has broken down barriers and set the standard of excellence for reporters and journalists everywhere. In our seventh episode, we were fortunate enough to speak to Shanaia Xuereb, Special Olympics Malta Athlete, Health Messenger, and member of the Athlete Leadership Committee. This year Shanaia got to represent Malta at the Global Athlete Leadership Conference, helping to lead the way for a more inclusive world. Additionally, as a health messenger, Shanaia helped to advocate for athletes and serve as a health and wellness role model for the Special Olympics community.
